| Selected
timber logs will be fitted into
a veneer spindle lathe machine to
peel into specific thickness of
1.2 to 2.0mm. The veneers are preserved
using boric acid for the prevention
of wood worm. |

They are then arranged for cutting and
drying. After the moisture content (MC)
test, it will then be sent for sanding.
The MC test fulfills the requirement of
EN120-1997 standard and is classified
under E1. We are building a new dryer
to increase our production capacity which
will be finished by this August 2003. |
